You keep the rights to your posts. Atom receives only the permission required to store and show them. A complaint about someone else's work is read by a person, not by a keyword.

Yours and theirs
Text, photos, and video you publish stay yours. The permission you give Atom is to store and show them inside the network until you delete the material or the account.
Someone else's work does not become yours because it is visible in the feed.
A complaint
A complaint needs the work, the place on Atom, and the basis of your right. The queue already accepts reports. A person writes the decision, with a reason and an appeal.
Sharp criticism, parody, and disagreement are not, by themselves, a taking of rights. A repeated confirmed infringement can limit the account. The tone of an argument does not.
