Terms of agreement
Registration on Atom works as it does on X: creating an account accepts the terms, the speech rules, the data notice, and cookie use. An opinion is not censored. Child sexual abuse material and the other hard bans stay banned.

What you accept
Create account works only with the agreement box checked. That accepts these terms, the rules, the data notice, and cookie use.
Without that agreement, no account is created. Keeping the account after a new date on this page accepts the new edition for this build.
Who may register
You need to be at least 13. If the country you are in sets a higher age, you may register only from that age.
One person runs their own account. A passport, a document copy, and a mandatory identity check are not required for speech and are not stored in this database.
The blue mark by a name is not a passport check. It appears only when Premium after a confirmed payment, a profile photo, a phone number, and an account older than 30 days are all true. The mark does not change the speech rules.
The account
A name, an email, and a password of at least 8 characters are required. A phone number is optional. The password is stored only as a hash.
This version does not send a confirmation email, so do not treat one as sent. Whoever uses the account is responsible for what is done with it.
Speech
A post is not removed for an unpopular opinion, a sharp tone, satire, or criticism of a government, a company, or this platform. There is no automatic block for wording.
A person reads a report. If a post is limited, the author sees the reason and can appeal. Ordinary insults do not earn penalty points.
Hard bans
- Child sexual abuse material, sexual violence against children, and sexual exploitation of minors.
- Incitement to violence and discrimination, real threats, and terrorism.
- Publishing someone's private data in order to harm them, fraud, intimate material without consent, and a sustained harassment campaign.
- Anything applicable law directly forbids.
Your posts
You keep the rights to your text, photos, and video. You allow Atom to store them and show them inside this network until you delete the material or the account.
That is not a sale of the text to an advertiser. A later translation, if a reader asks for one, does not replace the original and does not label an opinion false.
Other networks, letters, and calls
YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and X are connected only as a public page you enter yourself. This version does not sign into those networks and does not copy their feeds.
Chats and letters are stored on the server. There is no end-to-end encryption. A call opens the phone dialer, and only for mutual friends when a number was saved.
The feed, ads, and money
For you brings subscriptions and marks closer. It is not a verdict on truth. Time order stays available.
After every tenth text post there is an empty place for an ad. No ad runs in it, and nothing is charged. A future Premium does not buy a right to break the rules and does not make speech more allowed. Card numbers are not requested or stored.
Limits and deletion
A timed ban such as “30 days” is not switched on, so it is not shown as if it were. Hiding a post requires a written reason.
Settings can delete the account together with that account's posts, comments, chats, and letters. A copy of your data can be downloaded there.
Responsibility
The platform does not promise zero liability and does not promise a faultless service. Illegal material is still read by a person.
The author is responsible for their own post. Someone else's opinion does not become a fact because it stayed in the feed.
